Asher's Fund to support Palliative Care

The Asher Pinsky Memorial Fund seeks to ensure all children and families facing serious illness have access to exceptional, compassionate care. Asher’s Fund supports the Palliative Care program through advanced training and certification for the Pelican Krewe Staff, as well as educational opportunities and training for the rest of the Children’s Hospital New Orleans community.

The Pediatric Palliative Care team at Children’s Hospital New Orleans is composed of doctors, nurses, social workers, integrative therapists, child life specialists, and spiritual care experts providing an extra layer of support for children living with serious illness and their families. Your support today will help us promote healing, comfort, relieve stress and improve the quality of life for our patients and families during the greatest time of need.
